About
Practice that ends with a clear next step
Sarkari Engine is an independent Indian exam-practice platform built around a simple loop: attempt, score, diagnose and revise.
Why the platform exists
Many mock tests stop at a score. A number can show where a student finished, but it does not explain what to revise tomorrow. Sarkari Engine was designed to make the period after submission as useful as the test itself. The report separates correct, incorrect and skipped answers, calculates accuracy and groups mistakes by topic so revision can begin with evidence instead of guesswork.
What students can practise
The current packs cover skills commonly used in SSC, UPSC and banking preparation, including English, quantitative aptitude, reasoning and general studies. Short packs support daily practice. The Pro paper is designed as a longer 100-question, 60-minute session for students who want to rehearse concentration and decision-making under a strict timer. Exam names are descriptive; Sarkari Engine is not connected to any government or recruiting authority.
How the experience works
Students select a pack or configure subjects, sign in, complete the timed questions and submit the attempt. Negative marking is applied when enabled for the selected format. The result view highlights score, accuracy, time and topic-level gaps. A mistake review shows the selected answer and correct answer, while the downloadable report helps students keep a record of progress outside the browser.
What is available without payment
Public pages explain the mock-test method, exam categories, sample questions, answer review and study routines. A student can read the guide library, sample explanations, exam-specific pages, privacy policy, terms, disclaimer and contact page without signing in. The free quiz flow gives a short public practice route so new users can understand the interface and report style before deciding whether a longer paper is useful.
Our content standard
Questions are intended to be original practice material rather than copies of official papers. We prioritize unambiguous prompts, one defensible answer and useful topic labels. Facts and exam patterns can change, so students should always verify live notifications on official websites. Reports of incorrect or outdated items are reviewed under our Editorial and Question Review Policy.
How corrections are handled
When a student reports a possible issue, the question is reviewed for wording, answer key, explanation, topic label and current factual accuracy. If the item is ambiguous or outdated, it can be corrected, replaced or removed. This matters for trust because exam-preparation content can become stale when public policies, current affairs or examination patterns change. The correction process is documented so users know how educational quality is maintained.
Free access, Pro and advertising
Free practice keeps the core experience accessible and may be supported by clearly separated advertising. Pro is a paid monthly option that adds a full-length practice flow, an ad-free test environment and deeper reporting. Advertising does not influence scoring or answers. Pro does not provide official status, selection guarantees or access to leaked examination material.
What Sarkari Engine does not do
The website does not publish leaked papers, sell government jobs, guarantee selection, provide official admit-card support or claim affiliation with SSC, UPSC, DSSSB, IBPS, SBI or any recruitment authority. Exam names are used only to describe the type of preparation. Students remain responsible for checking official notices, eligibility, dates and instructions from the relevant authority before applying or appearing for an exam.
