Privacy policy

This policy explains what information SarkariEngine.com receives, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors and registered users.

By Sarkari Engine Editorial DeskLast updated 6 August 2026Method, answer logic and revision steps reviewed

Last updated: 20 July 2026. SarkariEngine.com is an independent educational practice platform operated in India. By using the website, you acknowledge the practices described below. This policy applies to the public website, mock-test experience, account sign-in, reports and Pro enrollment.

Information we collect

Most public pages can be viewed without creating an account. When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google provides with your permission, such as your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier. When email sign-in is used, the information entered is used to create or resume the browser session. We also process quiz activity including answers, scores, accuracy, time spent, selected subjects, difficulty settings and report data so the requested test and analysis can be displayed.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, restrict test access, run selected mock tests, calculate scores, identify weak topics, generate reports, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and improve the clarity and reliability of the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not use account details to make decisions about employment, credit, admissions or official examination results.

Browser storage and retention

The current version stores selected account and practice-session information in the browser so the experience can function without repeatedly asking for the same choices. Clearing browser data, signing out or using a different device may remove that local information. Server logs may temporarily record technical details such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date, time and error information for security, delivery and troubleshooting. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

Google AdSense may be used to display advertising on free pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to SarkariEngine.com or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to users based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use cookies, device identifiers, web beacons, IP addresses or similar technologies to deliver, measure, personalize, limit and report on ads. Depending on consent, location and Google settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Users can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or they can learn more about third-party personalized-ad choices at www.aboutads.info. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, although some sign-in and preference features may then work differently. Pro test sessions are intended to remain free from distracting ad placements. Analytics may be added to understand aggregated traffic and page performance; this policy will be updated if the data practices materially change.

Google sign-in and payments

Google Identity Services processes Google sign-in. Google's handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy and account controls. Pro payments are processed by Razorpay. SarkariEngine.com receives transaction references and payment status needed to confirm enrollment, but does not receive or store full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Razorpay's own terms and privacy practices apply to its checkout and verification services.

Sharing and security

Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate hosting, authentication, payments, security, analytics or advertising. It may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect users and the service, or during a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Users should keep devices and account credentials protected.

Your choices and children's privacy

You may sign out, clear browser storage, control advertising cookies and stop using the service. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account, use the contact page. Verification may be required before fulfilling a request. The service is designed for competitive-exam aspirants and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; a parent or guardian who believes such information was provided should contact us.

This policy may be updated when features, providers or legal obligations change. The revised date will be shown at the top, and continued use after an update means the revised policy applies. Privacy questions can be sent to priyanshukumar61900@gmail.com. Also review the Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
