Effective date: 6 July 2026. By visiting, creating an account, taking a test or purchasing Pro access, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational service

SarkariEngine.com provides independent practice questions, timed mock tests, scoring, diagnostics and revision tools for competitive-exam preparation. It is not a government website, examination authority, recruitment agency, coaching institute or official partner of SSC, UPSC, IBPS, SBI or any other examining body. Exam names are used only to describe the type of preparation offered.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and use an account that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your browser or account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Do not share access in a way that defeats account limits or paid access controls. Users under the age required to enter a binding contract should use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Mock tests and results

Question sets, difficulty labels, timers, negative marking and score reports are practice tools. They do not reproduce an official paper and do not predict selection, rank or examination performance. Syllabi, patterns and rules can change, so users should verify current requirements on the relevant official authority's website. We may correct, replace or remove a question when an error, ambiguity or outdated fact is identified.

Pro access and payments

Pro is described on the purchase screen before checkout, including the displayed price, access period and included features. Payments are processed by Razorpay or another disclosed provider. Access begins after successful payment verification. Unless required by law, payments are not refundable after Pro access has been activated or used. Duplicate charges, failed activations and technical billing errors should be reported promptly through the contact page with the transaction reference. We may offer a refund or correction when the evidence confirms a processing error.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial study. You must not scrape or systematically copy questions, bypass sign-in or payment controls, interfere with the website, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, automate excessive requests, impersonate another person, use reports to mislead others or republish substantial content as your own product. Reasonable links to public pages are permitted. We may restrict access when activity threatens users, infrastructure, content rights or payment security.

Intellectual property

The Sarkari Engine name, interface, original text, question arrangements, reports, code, graphics and other site materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other laws. Copyright in third-party names and referenced subject matter remains with the respective owners. No ownership transfers to you. You may keep a downloaded personal performance report, but may not sell, license, publicly distribute or create a competing question bank from site content without written permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, provider outages, security events and technical failures may interrupt access. Features, free packs, pricing and these terms may change. A material change will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free questions, a particular score, examination success, employment or admission. To the extent permitted by law, SarkariEngine.com is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on practice content, unavailable service or third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
